Imagine my surprise when I discovered two bag ladies in my back yard...and one of them turned out to be my wife

I'm a triathlete and coach for TrainingBible Coaching. Although not a natural endurance athlete, I have had good success at 70.3's (3 age group wins in the last 3 years) and Ironman races (2 age group wins in the last 3 years), by interacting with my TrainingBible Coach.
