We're moving, we're not moving. I love packing books for no reason 

I cross a bridge leading into downtown Racine on my way to swim at the YMCA on Saturday mornings. The sun was just rising out of the East. 

Oona, my older daughter played the part of Miss Haversham in Great Expectations. Taking off the makeup each night was quite a process. 

A Sweet Bribe: I told Lily, my younger daughter, that inorder to get the ice cream she had to give me a full braces smile.

County K: another fall bike ride, this time in North central Racine County. 

Good fences make good neighbors. I pass this enchanting display each day on my way to work. 

I was finishing a bike ride on the trails that run along the lake between Racine and Milwaukee when I noticed how great the late afternoon western light made the grasses look.

This is my friend Dan who helped man the polls on November 2. We were very optimistic about the country's chances, and became even more so as the day wore on. We managed to turn out the vast majority of our infrequent voters who supported Kerry.

This is an old picture to test the system. I was visting the Royal Palace in Seoul in August of 2003. 

This is a new venture for me to share images with friends. Hopefully, it will keep me looking at the world with fresh eyes. My intention is to post an image a week as some sort of record that might evolve into god knows what.
